We report on NRS provider performance.

We manage the policy and contracts that deliver the NRS. The service is made up of two parts:

  1. a relay service that relays calls between NRS users and the broader community, which is delivered by Australian Communication Exchange Limited.
  2. an outreach service that provides Helpdesk and some stakeholder engagement services, which is delivered by WestWood Spice.
