We report on NRS provider performance.

We manage the policy and contracts that deliver the NRS. The service consists of a relay service that relays calls between NRS users and the broader community and an NRS Helpdesk which assists users with enquiries and feedback about the NRS. Since 1 October 2019, the NRS is delivered by a new provider, Concentrix.

Concentrix, the National Relay Service (NRS) provider (relay and helpdesk services), submits activity and performance data to the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and the Arts (the Department). This information is used to review the performance of the NRS against agreed service levels as well as provide data and information about how the NRS has been used for the month of July 2020.
