On 10 September 2013, Microsoft and Adobe issued their monthly Patch Tuesday security update for products including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Flash, Adobe Reader and Acrobat, and Adobe Shockwave Player.

The updates address a range of security issues including vulnerabilities identified as critical and important.

You are advised to update your system as soon as possible.
