Apply new security updates to Microsoft and Adobe software
Alert Priority High
Users and administrators should quickly apply the latest updates to Microsoft and Adobe software to prevent their computer systems from being compromised.
Adobe has released security updates designed to address vulnerabilities in Flash Player, while Microsoft has issued updates to address vulnerabilities in Windows.
According to Adobe, its updates "address vulnerabilities that could potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system."
Microsoft advises the vulnerabilities in Windows could potentially enable remote code execution, elevation of privilege, security feature bypass or denial of service.
