TNS conducted a survey for the Department of Communications and the Arts on online copyright infringement in June 2015. This graph shows the relative amount of infringers and non-infringers for each age group. Although uses over the age of 55 make up 31% of all users, they only account for 8% of infringers. However, users between the age of 16 and 34 make up 30% of all users yet account for over 50% of infringers.
