The Australian Government has released a consultation package on proposed reforms to modernise and simplify Australia’s spectrum management framework. You can register your interest in attending a session on the reforms.

We are seeking feedback on the draft proposals set out in the spectrum pricing and Commonwealth held spectrum consultation papers. Feedback will assist the Government in its consideration of an appropriate spectrum pricing framework under the new legislative framework and the efficient management of Commonwealth held spectrum.

Please note this is your final opportunity to comment on the spectrum pricing and Commonwealth held spectrum reviews.  No further consultation on the spectrum pricing or Commonwealth held spectrum reviews is expected.

The Government is also consulting on a proposed new spectrum legislative framework and the approaches to broadcasting and transitional arrangements.  It is important to consider these reviews in the context of the proposed new legislative framework when providing your feedback.
