We are seeking talented leaders to serve as Deputy Chair/CEO as well as full‑time members of the ACMA. In these positions, you will bring high level leadership skills and vision, the ability to manage and contribute to large and complex operations, an understanding of regulatory issues, and a demonstrated ability to work as part of a small executive team focussed on implementing change. You will work with the Chair in executing the ACMA’s regulatory decision-making powers and obligations. As Deputy Chair/CEO, you will bring strong financial and resource management skills to align resources with the Authority’s priorities.

As a member of the leadership team, you will foster strong collaborative relationships with key industry and government stakeholders across the telecommunications, broadcasting, spectrum and internet sectors, as well as contribute to the collective leadership of the Authority.

Remuneration is overseen by the Remuneration Tribunal. The current total remuneration for the Deputy Chair/CEO position is $399,520 while the remuneration for full-time members is $346,250.

To be eligible for these positions, you must be an Australian citizen, or be entitled to work in Australia for the term of your appointment.
