NRS Helpdesk open this weekend to assist CapTel users
From Saturday the 1st of February 2020 captions will no longer be delivered on the CapTel handset.

This weekend, the NRS Helpdesk will be on hand to assist CapTel users with any questions they might have about using other options. The Helpdesk will be available from 8 am to 4pm (AEDT) this Saturday and Sunday, 1-2 February.
The CapTel transition team has been providing demonstrations of other communication options with users who requested this assistance.
