NBN Co has announced new measures to improve the experience for small-to-medium businesses and large enterprises in migrating to the National Broadband Network (NBN).
7 November 2017
Around 20,000 businesses are added to the NBN footprint every month.
The new measures announced under NBN Co's Future of Customer Experience (FoCX) Program will see:
a dedicated team established to work alongside retail service providers (RSPs) to improve NBN connection, migration and service experience
new partner and communications programs to improve industry engagement and education about what customers need to do to connect to the network
a new capped pricing model to increase flexibility and enable RSPs to save on monthly wholesale business product charges.
NBN Co also plans to launch enhanced enterprise products that will provide businesses with the option of higher-speed services that will support emerging customer applications and increase access to new markets.
The new measures are the latest developments in this space with joint industry collaboration to improve outcomes for businesses and consumers.
