Minister for Communications, Cyber Safety and the Arts, the Hon Paul Fletcher MP, visited the NRS call centre in Ballarat, Victoria today.

The Minister toured the facility and spoke to staff about the work they do in assisting NRS users.

The NRS Helpdesk will be operating this weekend to support NRS CapTel handset users, with the handset no longer being supported from 1 February 2020.

The Minister spoke to David Flanders, Delivery Manager of the NRS Helpdesk, about the change and the work the NRS Helpdesk is doing to assist CapTel handset users in using an alternative solution.
