The Government has reappointed the Honourable Justice Jayne Jagot as Deputy President of the Copyright Tribunal of Australia for a further five years.

The Tribunal is an independent body that primarily hears disputes between copyright collecting societies and their licensees over copyright licence fees.

Justice Jagot was first appointed as a Deputy President to the Copyright Tribunal on 8 December 2008 and her breadth of experience in copyright and other legal matters will continue to be of great value to the Copyright Tribunal.
