Do you live in an area with poor mobile coverage? Don't forget to nominate it for Round 2 of the Mobile Black Spot Programme by 31 December 2015.

The Government has committed $60 million under Round 2 of the programme to provide new or upgraded mobile coverage to black spots in regional and remote Australia.

Locations you nominate will be added to a national database which will be provided to mobile operators as part of the competitive selection process.

If you have previously nominated a location which was not successful under Round 1, the location will remain in the database and be automatically eligible for consideration in the second round.

The competitive selection process is scheduled to begin in early 2016 and the successful Round 2 locations are expected to be announced by the end of 2016.

A map of mobile black spot locations and the locations which will receive new or upgraded coverage under the Programme is available on the National Map.

You can nominate a location by completing the black spot nomination form.
